Outline
●Registration is required on the day of the event in accordance with COVID-19 transmission prevention guidelines.
Please be sure to arrive early.
●Please wear a mask to help prevent infection.
●People with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cold symptoms, or exhibiting other symptoms will not permitted to enter the venue.
●Please wash and disinfect your hands frequently.
●Please come by public transportation as there is no parking on the day of the event.
[Regarding Reception]
Please prepare one QR Code (Reservation Confirmation) per participant.
*Each accompanying guest must also have their own repective QR code (reservation confirmation).
[How to submit the QR Code (Reservation Confirmation Form)]
From the “Reservation Confirmation/Change” page of the registration site
Click on the “View QR Code” button on the “Confirm or Modify Reservation” page of the registration site.
Please print out the QR code or have it ready to present at the registration desk.
The QR code will be scanned at the registration desk.
After the QR code is scanned, you will be given a wristband.
Please show your wristband to the staff when you enter the venue.
Wristband holders will be allowed to enter the venue.
